Not my music is on history when open Spotify.

Hi, For a week now sometimes when I open Spotify on any device, the song that usually should be my last played, is not the music that I listened to before. And I found that there are a bunch of music/album that I never listen to, show up in my history.

I don't know if it helps, maybe some people got the same problem with the same artist/album, so I attached the screenshot. These are not the music I listen to. 

Am I being hacked?
