My Question or Issue

 Hello! In September, I upgraded from Premium to Family Premium. I noticed for both September and October I was charged twice. Once for the Premium subscription and once for the Premium Family subscription. Is there something I can do to get my money back for the Premium subscription? And how can I stop this from happening again?
