Double charged

Double charged

Payment failed for 10, I realised I was being over charged as should be on student account. Signed up for student again and was charged 5. 3 days layers was charged 10

Hey @e33_-yyvw0994,

 

It sounds like you still need to renew the student discount successfully.

 

It's available for 12 months, with the option to renew for another 12 months as long as you’re eligible. If you don’t renew, payments will proceed at the standard Premium rate.

 

It sounds like this has happened, but when you've gone to renew, it's failed. That's why the payment came out five days later, as the first charge was just a pending payment.
