Spotify for Family expires every month!

Spotify for Family expires every month!

My spotify for Family subscription expires every month. I have provided bank details and expect automatic charge every month. Instead, without further notice, my account is always reset to a Free account. I have checked with my bank, there are sufficient funds available but no charges are made. Initially I thought this was a glitch, however, after subscribing again for the 3th month in a row I believe something is terribly wrong. It is really becoming a nuisance, having to subscribe each time followed by inviting my family members allover again. Can someone please look into this and provide a working solution?
