Duo Subscription Not Showing

Duo Subscription Not Showing

Hi, I purchased Spotify Duo Plan on 30/11/22 and I even got the receipt where it clearly says that I purchased the Duo but I didn't get the prompt to set up the address. I can see an individual plan which shouldn't be showing. Please help me get back my money or get my issue sorted.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If for some reason you've chosen Premium Individual instead of Premium Duo on the subscription page, you can simply upgrade your subscription here (provided that Premium Duo is available in your country using the same payment method). Due to the price difference between the two plans, your next payment will be a bit earlier than usual.

 

If you encounter any issues during the process, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
