Tarjeta prepaga UALA,MERCADO PAGO, BRUBANK. ARGENTINA. No aceptada

My Question or Issue

Ya el mes de abril pude pagar con la tarjeta UALA prepaga normalmente, ahora intente pagar nuevamente y no me reconoce la tarde. intente con "MERCADO PAGO, BRUBANK" prepagas. y el problema sigue.

La tarjeta tiene fondos, esta habilitada para poder pagar tal servicio, intente desde otro navegador, incognito. pero el problema sigue.

Alguna solucion?

If your subscription is still active and the system has trouble taking your payment, we'd recommend cancelling with the steps here.

This way you should be able to re-start the process and enter your payment details. We'd also recommend giving it a shot on a different network if your issue still persists.

Is it normal to not functioning the payment process using brubank's card? I'm a student and I don't know why there appears always the same error when I tried to pay the student's plan for Spotify, such a shame cause I use it a lot 😞

If you're having issues using a specific card, we recommend you to contact your bank for further information on if this card can be used for international payments. This is in case you've tried out the basic troubleshooting steps like using an incognito window of your browser or a different device connected to a different internet network.

You can use a different payment option as well.
