Duo address input bar

I cannot input my address. It won’t allow me to enter it in the field. I was sent the link to accept the invite and I followed it to the address input screen and I can’t click into the box.

My Question or Issue

I signed up for Premium Duo and was presented with this screen however when I click to add an address, I'm forever stuck in a loading state for the next step. My original Duo Basic was changed to individual premium and I was trying to get Duo Basic back (seems that's not a thing anymore?). 

I spoke to support and they were like "Just add an address under the profile overview", which we can't actually do... baffles me as to why. They then swapped my account back to free version to try again but I'm unable to do anything. If I go to my profile overview and try to manage users, I cannot... I'm guessing because I haven't input an address.

This step is stopping me from using Premium duo. Is there a fix or on-going technical issue, because right now I'm paying for a service I cannot use or access.

My Question or Issue

For over a week Ive been trying to send an invite link to add a member but each time I enter my full address as manager to confirm it an error message comes up and tells me to try again later. 

Ive attempted this numerous times now and keep getting the same problem. 

The new upgraded membership has been paid for and money has left my account but we are unable to use the service we have paid for.
