My Question or Issue

 

hi I pay for Spotify duo. My Spotify is fine but the other duo member is still getting adds. 

it says they are added on my plan and on their account it also says they are added but still gives adds

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community.

 

Based on what you mentioned, it's possible that the other user accepted the invite from a different account. They can check if they have more than one account on Spotify by following these steps. If so, we suggest that you remove that account from the plan and ask them to close it to avoid any future mix-ups. Then, you'll able to re-send the invite and they can accept it from the right account. 

 

If this is not the case, could you ask them if they're hearing ads while listening to music or podcasts? Keep in mind that while Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.
