Duo plan

Duo plan

i just installed duo plan but somehow my husband can’t access. I m living in Croatia with him but I have an Austrian phone provider and he has a Croatian one. It tells us that we are trying to log in from different countries but we are both in Croatia at home. Any solutions?

Hey @Crazyjo71042,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend checking that both of you have the same country setting on your Spotify accounts, and that your payment method is from the country you’re currently living in.

 

If the payment method is from a different country, the Premium Duo plan won’t work properly.

 

If you continue to experience issues after both country settings match, try entering a Google+ Code instead of the address.
