I paid for Spotify, they want me to pay twice

I paid for Spotify, they want me to pay twice

So I paid my Spotify subscription for September, now I’m being told that I need to pay again. What’s going on, and why can’t I get direct support?

Hey @Hollowlunax,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

This might happen if you've had one or more failed payments or chargebacks from your bank or payment provider in the past.

 

In these cases, the last successful payment is partly used to cover the time you enjoyed Spotify Premium without actually paying.
