Can you give us a bit more info on what's going on? If you're having trouble paying through PayPal, let us know what happens when you try signing up.

In the meantime, you can try resubscribing using an incognito window to see if it helps.

I paid through pay pal no problem it is on the spotify's end it keeps telling me to up grade , I did not have ads on my phone spotify but do on my lap top , so I sgned out on my phone and did it also on my lap top to see if that helps , but it did not. So how do I do the icognito thing??

Hey @chappie20.

If you're able to use the Premium features on your phone, but you're unable to use it on other devices, make sure you're logging in to the correct Spotify account.

You can follow the suggestions on this support page to check for other accounts with your information.

If you only have one Spotify account, try reinstalling the app on your desktop to see if it helps.

Hello I uninstalled it and used my email address like I had and still no pemium when I go to pay pal and pay it sends me right back to the sign up for premium page this has been going on now for 2 weeks and I am getting frustrated all I want is premium spotify Ihave the same email adress for the one on my phone but now that I have it on my lap top I do not use it on my cell. What the heck is stopping it . lol

That's odd.

Just to confirm, did you try finding the account's username through your phone's cache? You can find the steps to do so on the support page link on the previous post.

You don't need to purchase Premium on the desktop if you've already done it through your phone. If the payment goes through, you might be setting up a second monthly payment.

I got it for three months at gthe .99 deal on cell but it is not working with out ads on my lap top and when I go into reciets it shows nothing but on my pay pal it shows paid .Iuse the same sign in  email on cell and lap top . Thank you for resonding and your help.Isabel

Idid yesterday and finally got it workedou. Thank you for all of your hard work. For some reason it would not show me that I had a different email sign in I knew it was going to be some thing simple , I sent them my pay pal reciet info so they figured it out by that. Thank you once again for all of your help it is greatley appreciated. Isabel.
