My Question or Issue

I tried to subscribe to the 3 Monthes for 5 EGP offer but after I fill the payment data the page told me that I can't subscribe to this offer because I was subscribed to a trial before. 
However, the 5 EGP where taken from my bank account.
Why was that happen ?

That's odd. I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this. I hope this helps!
