Bom dia!

 

Infelizmente meu cartão ficou sem limite e não consegui pagar esse mês.

 

Como o plano é familiar, não consigo pagar no boleto e só conseguirei pagar 7 dias após o dia da cobrança. 

 

Como proceder?

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like you're not able to make a transaction for this month's renewal date. Usually, if a payment doesn't go through, there will be more payment attempts made the following days, but there's a risk that your account gets reverted to Free. No worries, when this happens, you'll keep your login and music, but you'll have to upgrade to Premium for Family and invite your family members again whenever you can make a payment.

 

If you want to change the billing date of your subscription, you'll have to cancel your subscription, and upgrade again the day you want to get charged every month.
