Family Plan Manager can't access their account

Family Plan Manager can't access their account

I'm subscribed to a Premium Family Plan. My mom is the Plan Manager, though the payment is via my PayPal account.

The problem is that my mom's Facebook account got hacked and she couldn't access it anymore. Her Spotify account is linked to that Facebook account.

Is there a way for us to change the Plan Manager at least, so we can remove that hacked account and add my mom's new Facebook/Spotify account into the family subscription?

This is definitely a tricky situation, but there are steps you can take to resolve it. Since your mom’s Facebook account is hacked and she can’t access her Spotify account linked to that Facebook account, my first suggestion is that your mom should try to regain access to her Spotify account without logging in through Facebook.

 

Visit the Spotify password reset page and enter the email address associated with her Facebook account. If Spotify emails a reset link, she can create a new password to log in directly without Facebook.
