Family Premium Subscription Problem

Family Premium Subscription Problem

My problem is that my first payment for the family premium on Spotify using GCash went through. But after a few hours, GCash unlinked my Spotify account, saying I unlinked it even though I didn’t, nor was there any warning asking if I was sure I wanted to unlink it. But, the payment already appeared in Spotify's order history. At first, I ignored it, thinking it might be a bug, so I paid a second time, it worked. But when I tried paying again for another account on our family premium, the same thing happened, GCash unlinked it and Spotify canceled the payment.

I know, probably it's a GCash problem, but I'm confused because Spotify says I already paid. It's in the order history, there's a receipt in Gmail, everything is there. But even Spotify didn't warn me that my Family Premium was canceled.

So, what happened to my money? Can’t I link my Spotify to GCash anymore, or will my family premium work again? Or nothing, i just scammed?
