My Question or Issue

I was using the free subscription when I saw advertised on my phone the family plan premium with a mention of 3 free months (I saved a screenshot of the offer). I perused the terms and condition and there was nothing that talked about the eligibility.

My credit card was charged immediately for the first month.

Can I have the free months advertised, and if not, please refund the charge and cancel the subscription.

Thanks

Hey @Kikoutei, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Have you ever tried Premium in the past, or has your payment method been used by any of Spotify's services?

Keep me posted 🙂

Yes I have tried premium in the past and might've used that same credit card. I have taken advantage of promotion for free services of x months multiple times before.

I believed that this offer was the same since I never subscribed to family premium before... just regular premium.

Hey @Kikoutei

Thanks for getting back to me.

Since you've tried Premium in the past, you won't be able to get another trial offer for any of Spotify's services, unless stated otherwise.

If you've been charged and no longer want Premium, you can always cancel your subscription following these steps to avoid being charged in the future.

I hope this helps 🙂
