Family member can't join Familyplan

I've tried inviting my brother several times and followed the tips on spotifys homepage but nothing works... We live together and he got spotify premium. I've invited my cousin who also lives with me and we had no problems.

That's odd.

Why is your brother unable to join the plan? Is he seeing any error messages? If so, which one exactly?

That he can't join this plan and that he should klick accept invite on the email again or that i should send a new invite. I've tried this several times.
