Family members kicked after renewal

All enrolled family members in my subscription got kicked after and can't join back in.

Could you let us know what happens when the users try to re-join the family plan? If you could send us over a screenshot, that'd be great 🙂

Keep in mind that all users should reside on the same physical address.  If this is not the case, users could be removed from your family plan.
