Family plan - just 2 member available

Family plan - just 2 member available

Today my brother woke up and asked me if I canceled Spotify Premium, because his app said he's not a premium member anymore AND he was bound to my account by the family plan.

 

So I went to the spotify site and found that there were only two slots available, and I had 4 people linked. What happened? Am I not paying for a plan of up to five accounts linked to mine?

Oi @leonardohideki, tudo bom? Não se preocupe porque vamos resolver isso.

 

Primeiramente, é necessário que todos os membros do plano verifiquem em suas contas (em "editar perfil") se o CEP cadastrado é o mesmo do titular do Plano Familiar. Depois que estiverem todos iguais, tentem novamente.

 

Se não conseguir alterar, ou mesmo alterando não for possível reingressar no plano, sugiro que você entre em contato com a equipe do Spotify diretamente pelo Facebook. Manda um inbox pra eles informando os endereços de e-mail cadastrados nas contas e o do Administrador, que eles te respondem rapidinho!
