Family plan - same address

Family plan - same address

Iโ€™ve just moved my account from NL to DE.
I have changed the payment method

i have changed my address.

i upgraded from Duo to Family.

i now want to invite a family member. I shared the invite via WhatsApp 
I type exactly the same address or even copy the address from one profile to the other via WhatsApp and get the โ€œyou need to live at the same addressโ€ error.

ive tried incognito

both accounts have the same country.

very frustrating

I appreciate all of the steps youโ€™ve taken to resolve this. Can you also make sure that the member lives at the same physical address at the time of signup?

They live at the same place. And the phones were physically next to each
other when doing this.

Thanks for the reply! Can you double check if the countries match since updating your country settings happens on the next billing date as explained here?
