My Question or Issue

Country: The Netherlands

Plan: From Premium to Duo

Issue: After 7 years of using one premium account in the house, my wife and I agreed to try Duo so we won't "steal" eachothers music moments anymore. When my wife (the premium account is on her name) invites me it keeps saying that I'm already signed in to the account. And if we do it the other way around as well. Also after one of us logs out and then accepts the invite for Duo through WhatsApp and then logs on. Obviously we use the same name and password. Should either of us create a new account or something? Thanks very much, Sebastiën

Hey @RexReznor ,

Thanks for reaching out.

Since each member of a Premium Duo plan is uses their own account to accept the invite, you need to make sure that you're logged into your own account when accepting the invite. 🙂 If you don't have one yet, you can sign up at https://spotify.com/signup.

Hope this helps!
