Please either return my money or start premium on my account

Hello there!

 

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. It sounds like you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account. Can you try logging in with any details you might have used to create an account? You should then be able to check if there is an active Premium subscription in your account page. I also recommend checking out these Support articles here and here for more help.
