Getting billed for nothing

So I just tried subscribing to Spotify with the student plan or whatever, decided not to and backed off but they still chraged me. Now I'm left with no Premium and 5€ out of my already well empty pocket.

Similar stuff has happened to me here like three times already and I'm really starting to think it's a really **bleep**ty scam tbh.

The same had just happen to me, what can I do? I got charged twice with the student discount but i don't have premium and it left me without money

I have the exact same problem and situation as marianavchao_, isn´t there like an email where we can contact Spotify to get refunded or something?
