Getting charged but no premium?

Getting charged but no premium?

I keep getting charged for a premium account (which i am willing to pay for) but everytime that I log in I am on free account, what is going wrong?

Heya. There's a chance you might have another account. It would be best to contact support@spotify.com for more help. They'll be able to check on this for you.

 

Also, if you just subscribed, try logging out and back in. This usually allows your account to sync up with the app and you'll be able to see you're on Premium after ๐Ÿ™‚
