You keep charging us for spotify even when we have cancelled it .

How do I phone someone to sort this out? I am in New Zealand

I am having the same problem. I am very upset. They have taken out money from my account for 3 months and I cancelled 3 months ago! I want a refund! Still trying to contact them! They have no support number!!!!!         -__-

You guys might have another account on Premium. It would be best to reach out to support@spotify.com so they can check for this 🙂

 

Btw, if you subscribed through another company like iTunes or your mobile service provider, that's another thing worth checking out with the customer service team.
