Gift Card does not work

My Question or Issue

I bought a spotify giftcard from the store yesterday and every time I put in the code it says "something went wrong", I've been trying to use my giftcard all day yesterday and today and I still can not get it to work.  I've looked at other community help posts and the only answer I've been getting is either the same advice it gives on the help page or the cards just started working. Unfortunately for me my card has definitely not just started working. Please help me I want to use spotify premium but I feel like I've wasted my money.

We suggest you try entering the gift card PIN code using a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser. 

In case you still experience the same after trying these steps just send us a screenshot showing the error message you see. Just attach the image to your next response to us. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
