Gift card redeemed but not working

For Christmas I got a 6 month gift card and I redeemed it but I checked my bank and ive been charged for premium for the past two months. The gift card balance is no where to be seen and it wont let me enter it again. I reached out only to get a automated email. I guess Spotify scammed me for 60 bucks.

Just to inform you that gift cards are not redeemable for Spotify Family, Students, and trial offers. If your account is for an individual account only, then although the email is automated, reply back to it and someone will respond.
