Got Invited for Family from my sis got error - 3 when redeeming

Hi Team,

I received an invitation from my sis. When I tried to redeem it, the website ask me to fill my name and my address which I put the same address as my sis but it kept returning me an error, 3 - Oops something went wrong, please try again.

Please help me on this.

Could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing it? Also, using an incognito window or a different browser/device could be helpful.
