Got charged for family premium but it's gone

Hello,

on May 17th of 2019 I got charged 14,99 euros for our family premium account. But this morning all 5 accounts went from premium to free. We don't know why and we find it strange. I've still got the proof of paying it. I can see it at the subscribtion tab on my account. 

Can someone help me please ? We'd like to get it back. We paid 15 euros and 11 days later it's back to free... This is our second month.

Can you please check your account overview page and let me know if all the Family accounts see their subscription status as 'free' ?

This will help me understand the issue better and provide more help.
