HELP HELP HELP! Spotify double charging me in the UAE and USA

i moved to the USA a year ago from the UAE. I changed my country on the account to the US, and i have a family premium account. 

Every month i keep getting changed in the UAE AED19 whereas i have changed countries and i pay about $14 per month here in the US! i am not able to cancel this UAE subscription and I've already been charged for a year! Who can help me stop this nonesense????
