Hace 5 días pagué Spotify premium con mi tarjeta pero me aparece impago

Pagué Spotify premium con mi tarjeta de débito Prex hace 5 días el importe se débito pero me sigue saliendo la notificando de cuenta impaga, ¿me pueden solucionar el problema?

First off, we'd recommend that you head to this thread here and see if you're experiencing the same issue.

In case you're seeing a failed payment message on the top of the screen, we'd suggest to try entering the details of the same payment method again in this link.

 

If the above is not the case for you, we'd like you to share a couple of screenshots with us as this way we can get a better understanding and give you proper advise on how to fix this. 

 

Note: Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
