Had no issue with Spotify payment until I got a different debit card

Had no issue with Spotify payment until I got a different debit card

I’ve had zero issue with the monthly payment while I had my old card but about a month ago I had to get a new debit card do to the old one being compromised. I’ve called my bank and they can’t see any restrictions on my card and I’ve also been trying for several days on different devices. My bank says that Spotify keeps trying to take payment from my old card despite me entering my new cards information. Any help would be nice as I no longer have premium due to my payment not going through

You can start off by taking a look at this page to see if your new card meets all of our requirements.

 

Once you've checked those, we'd suggest trying to update your payment method via different network.

 

Tip: We usually advise that you change your payment details in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.
 

Please note that when you put too many requests - the system might not be able to respond. We'd advise you to wait a little bit and try this again if needed.
