Help! I haven't subscribe to Premium, but suddenly Spotify gets my money!

Help! I haven't subscribe to Premium, but suddenly Spotify gets my money!

I previously use Spotify, and I have stopped subscription for around a year. However, suddenly there is a message from Visa Card showing that Spotify is getting my money! Why?!

 

Help! My Visa ends at 2079.

I have checked all my accounts, but all said "You're now at free".

Please follow up. I have called my credit card CS and made sure that the bill is true... why?

Good to hear from you again.

 

Since you mentioned these charges started not long ago, can you check your inbox for a confirmation email? This shows the username of the account the payments are linked to.

 

Make sure to check the inbox of any email addresses you have 🙂
