Hey , it says I didn’t pay for my subscription yet , yet Spotify took10,99€

The money was taken last week and it’s still asking me to pay ? What’s the con / catch here ?

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end yet. 


Sometimes payments fail due to insufficient funds in the card you've provided to us or due to a credit card expiration date. You can check with your bank and if that's the case you'll need to update your payment method following the steps in this article.
