Hi I just paid for premium twice and it’s not giving me access to premium?

I paid for premium, you took my money twice and didn’t give me premium.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

 

Based on what you mentioned, it's possible that the payments haven't gone through successfully. You should be able to confirm this with your bank/card provider directly. You can also check the possible reasons why payments might fail in this article. 

 

If you're sure you've been charged, but you still don't have Premium, we'd recommend checking if you have another account on Spotify by following these steps where you might have paid accidentally. If that's the case, you can cancel the subscription and then close that account to avoid any mix ups in the future. If you have content you'd like to save from that account, you can transfer it to your main account.
