Thanks for reaching out!

Make sure you're logged in with the credentials for the correct account on which you've enabled the Premium service.
To see if the payment has gone through, the easiest way to go is to either check your email for a confirmation or to open your receipts page here.

If you're not seeing the payment there, it may not have gone through. In this situation it's best to doublecheck with your bank if your card has any restrictions preventing it from being used for Spotify. 

In case the payment has gone through but you don't see any receipts with your current account, I'd advise taking a look if you have an additional one. To do so, follow the steps from this guide here.
