I have a account with one person who i don't have anymore relation and i can't get out and pay my own premium subscription

Thanks for coming to the Community.

You can "cancel" your membership via the cancellation process for a paid subscription with the difference, that the cancellation of your membership in a Duo plan has an instantaneous effect. More info on how to do that can be found here.

This, of course, does not affect the Duo plan itself, but only your membership in it. Once that's been done, you can subscribe to Premium at https://spotify.com/premium.
