How do I get the individual Spotify premium plan?

My Question or Issue

I used to pay for Spotify premium a while back with an old account that I can no longer access. I created my new account and knew because I had already had a membership before that I wasn’t able to get a free trial because I still have the same card I used for the old account.

There’s still that promo for the 3 month free subscription but it’s considered part of the individual premium plan. When I click on the individual plan and put in my info, it just tells me that I already used my card before with my old account and can’t get a free subscription with it. I don’t want the free membership, I intended on paying.

I have tried changing the plan, used multiple devices, incognito mode, the works, but it just won’t let me get an individual premium plan. 
I don’t want to pay for the family or duo plan, it’s a waste of money and not what I want.

Is there something that can be done?
