My Question or Issue

How long does it normally take for a new plan to kick in? I had a sub through my telco but now I've changed telco plans I've lost the free sub to Spotify and have just signed up to a premium plan but my account still shows free.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

If you've signed up for Spotify Premium through Spotify directly it should kick in immediately after confirming your payment details and the first payment goes through. Note that this might take up to 24 hours depending on the payment method.

 

If the payment still hasn't gone through by then you can reach out to our customer support team here. They'll be able to have a look backstage and check what's going on exactly 🙂
