How to cancel premium subscription before first use

My Question or Issue

Yesterday I subscribed a premium plan by mistake (I wanted to subscribe a family premium and I thought that 119€ was the amount for the family plan when paying annually in advance). As in the FAQs, I didn't use spotify since then, in order to avoid being stuck with the plan (they say you cannot cancel if you start using it).

I want to cancel the plan the right way, so not to loose any money. At the page they suggest (https://support.spotify.com/it/article/how-to-cancel-subscription/) I can't find anything related to "withdrawal" (what I think is the correct translation for "recesso", the Italian word for "cancel before starting"). Can you please let me know which are the correct instructions in order to cancel without loosing any money?
