Got charged for premium now says it's gonna get cut off unless I change my payment info

I payed for premium on my card and now it says I need to change my account info when I just payed for premium I have the proof on my card transactions and I just got another warning it's gonna get cut off makes no sense

Can't use my premium on alexa echo dot

Why my premium account is not working on my amazon echo dot? When I open Alexa app it shows that I'm using the free version when I already have the premium version. Everything works fine on spotify app but not if I try to use it from Alexa app.

Have normally paid for premium off my card but I haven't had money in my account so instead I bought a card from Walmart and redeemed it and it seemed to work just fine and now it said the last payment didn't work help!?!?
