Payed payment and account profile still haven’t changed still says free and I paid for premium

Hey there!

 

Could you check the email inbox of the email you've used for the account to make sure you're logged in with the correct credentials? Everyone gets a digital confirmation when they subscribe so it should be there 🙂
You can also reach out to our support folks to ask them to check what has happened! We don't have access to your accounts from the forum so we can't really check this for you from here.
