Por más intentos de colocar la dirección correcto me tira error y no deja conectar con la otra persona

Can you let us know what error message your partner is receiving when they try to accept the invitation? 

Make sure of the following:

• When accepting the invite they need to be physically at the address set on the Manager account.
• The country set on your accounts needs to match the country that you're currently in and the country of the address set for the plan. This won't work if your address is in the USA, but you're trying to join the plan from Japan.
• Try accepting the invite from an incognito browser window on a Desktop computer.
