I Bought Spotify Premium duo but unable to enjoy premium features.

I Bought Spotify Premium duo but unable to enjoy premium features.

Actually I Bought Spotify Premium duo, on manager account it's good and working but ads and restrictions are still on plan member account.

I can imagine how frustrating it is not getting the subscription you're paying for.

 

To get started, make sure you've invited the member to your duo plan. You can find the steps to take here.

 

If you've confirmed they're part of your plan, make sure they're logging in with the same information. Is it possible they're logging into a second account? Could they think of any other email addresses or log in methods they could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?

They can try logging in with those alternative details and check their plan profile to confirm the subscription.
