I already registered for Premium Duo, but my subscription is still for normal Premium plan

I already registered for Premium Duo, but my subscription is still for normal Premium plan

My Question or Issue

I still have the confirmation email for purchasing a premium duo. now I'm not able to listen due to payment failed. I checked the status is still my old premium plan. I paid on the 13/07/2020. I thought it is for a month?

You can click here and go to receipts to check all the payments for the account. If you can't find a payment for Premium Duo, you might have logged into another account. You can try these steps to check if you've logged in to a secondary account.
