My Question or Issue

I tried subscribing to the Premium Family, put all the details and whenever I confirm, it says “Something went wrong. Please try again or go to our support.” I tried from different connections and devices and even cleared my caches and tried using a VPN and tried using a different Spotify account but still didn’t work. All my payment details are correct and even tried different cards. Also, tried all the tips suggested by Spotify and other users. But no results. Can anyone help me out please?

We'd suggest you open an incognito window on your PC. Then you can click here to subscribe to Premium Family.

 

You can also try with another payment method. Here you can see all the payment methods available in your country.
