I am registered with a Premium Duo account and I still keep getting ads?

I have had an account with Spotify from day 1 and I use it all the time - been paying for Premium Duo for a couple year and all of a sudden I start hearing ads! I logged out and logged in - did not help. There is no customers service to contact - what can I do?

Can you check your subscription status here and let me know if it says Free or Premium? Also, can you let me know if this happens with music, podcasts, or both? 

Since you tried logging out and logging back in, it is also best to try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps to see if that makes a difference.
