My Question or Issue

I am unable to pay for premium with my Smart load. I don't know why this is, as I was able to pay for it previously, and I have more than the amount in my load to pay for it. I don't have any other payment methods as my PayPal and card are based in the UK. I have looked through posts like this and tried to text the shortcode 8823, however it says I have no 'existing pin consent'. I have tried to pay for it on different devices and in incognito mode but to no avail. I am just frustrated as I have been spending the past week trying to figure out why my payment won't go through.

I contacted smart po down po pala system nila that time try contacting them
po or try niyo rin po chat support ng spotify kasi baka po naparami po
retry niyo
