I can't actualize my credit card details...

Hi,recently I had to canceled my credit card, I have the new one but the sistem don't let me actualize the information, any body knows if the platform have problems about this?

Can you let us know what happens when you try updating your payment info? Also, do you have any trouble using an incognito window? 

Lastly, make sure you're following the steps listed here to update your payment info.

I'm having the same problem. Any time I try to input the the valid date of my credit cards, the site doesn't register.
