I can't cancel my spotify hulu plan because it doesn't show up on my account. Solutions?

My Question or Issue

 I purchased the spotift/hulu plan back in january. My hulu account was created and works fine but I never got my spotify premium working. I only kept it for so long becuase I liked having hulu for $5. Now I want to cancel it but my account says Im using spotify free subrscription and I honestly don't know what to do. I know I am still getting charged. 

I will say this. It wasn't working when I first got it but I remember deleting the spotify account and recreating it with the same email hoping the plan would transfer over. If that's not the case then I guess I know what the problem is but how do I solve it? Can I call the bank and tell them to stop paying spotify?

What you can try doing is going to your account information and see if you still have an active subscription with Spotify to have Hulu. To do this you would need to go to your account information and on the left side you will see Subscription. Click on that and cancel it if you have an active subscription. 

And yes you could also call your bank and tell them to stop the monthly payment to spotify.
